Non-members who plan to join CDAAC may also attend the conference, and should provide appropriate documentation that they are eligible for membership (see bottom of registration form for details).

Keynote Speaker:

LANNI ZINBERG-SWARTZ
Speech-Language Pathologist

Lanni Zinberg--Swartz is a speech-language pathologist with a passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorders. She has focused almost exclusively on this population for the last 7 years, both in private practice and with the York Region Preschool Speech and Language Program. Her practice is family-centered and varied, encompassing consulting to families, ABA/IBI teams, childcare centres and schools as well as working both individually and in groups with children and with their parents. She is also a member of Development Assessment and Consultation Services team in York Region. Lanni has mentored numerous students and colleagues in their work with children on the spectrum, and has frequently been an invited speaker on a number of topics related to autism. Her main areas of interest are the development of social skills and early identification of ASD and she has been a co-creator of unique programs in both of these areas that run across York Region.
